AI at every step after the idea

I design, architect, and build whole products, including the AI features inside them. I built Men of Hunger solo and was the sole iOS developer on Rumble Studio. Underneath it all: 16 years of iOS.

Rumble Studio, on every Apple screen.

I built Rumble Studio for iOS from scratch as its sole developer, then shipped every update on iPhone and iPad. The same iPad app runs on Vision Pro, with custom UI so eye tracking can highlight each control.

2,000+ creators adopted Studio by May 2024. Some who went live with it:

“The Rumble Studio feature is incredible. Effortless streaming on multiple platforms at the same time.”
Scott Adams, March 2024Scott streamed Coffee with Scott Adams through Studio. I got to know him before and during my time at Rumble. He is missed.

What I’m working on

The personal side of building

AI in my
everyday life.

I build with AI at work, but I also use it to solve problems at home, preserve family history, and experiment with how software gets made.

01 / Memory & meaning Work in progress

An AI biographer

I’m building an AI biographer for my memoir. Custom tools connect letters, photos, stories, and interviews through a graph of people and relationships, developing the book, a wiki, and a family tree.

Letters add a voice. Connections give it context.

02 / Making tools Early tests

More screen. Fewer tokens.

I’m testing a harness for AI coding agents. In my early tests: about 75% fewer tokens building iPhone screens, with similar quality and less time.

03 / Life together In use

A little help running home.

I use household agents with my wife, connecting Linear home tasks, calendars, and email. A morning brief helps us get going. Evening wins help us close the day.

Start with a little clarity

One shared view of the day.

What’s coming up. What needs attention.

04 / A clearer picture In use

My finances, organized.

I use AI to organize my income, spending, expenses, and assets into a clearer picture of my finances.

Hiring? Let’s talk.

I'm seeking a remote, full-time Lead or Staff Product Engineer role, ideally building AI-powered products. I'm also open to hands-on mobile leadership roles at smaller companies.

I take on select contract projects: product launches, AI features, architecture reviews, and improvements to existing products across iOS, web, and APIs.
